First, ensure that you are logged into your Blocktickets account. Then follow the below steps:

​Step 1: Click My wallet, and then in the drop down menu, click My events.

Step 2: On the My events page, you will see the event tickets that you hold. To view information for a specific event, press Event details.

Step 3: On the Event details page, click on Event description.

Step 4: Within the Event description, you can see the date and location of the event, and you can scroll and view all of your important event details, including frequently asked questions (FAQ) surrounding your event. Contact details for the event organizer will often be included within this screen as well. Click out of this screen to navigate back to the Event details page.

Step 5: From the Event details page, click Details.

Step 6: From the Details page, you can view your ticket type, order number, the location, and the date the ticket was purchased.
