Customizing Event Settings

Create your event settings to your liking while creating an event.

Step 1:

  1. Add an attraction to your event.

  2. Click the + Add Attraction button.


Step 2:

  1. Enter the name of your attraction, add your image and crop to your liking.

  2. Click Apply to save changes or Cancel to discard changes.

  3. Click the + Add Attraction button to continue to add attractions to your event.

Notes:

  • The primary attraction is the thumbnail shown on Blocktickets channels ie. purchase tickets page.

  • Your first attraction added is labeled as Primary.

  • The other attractions uploaded will be labelled as secondary.

  • You can drag the attractions into the order of your liking.

  • You can add up to 9 attractions.

Step 3:

Enter your event description that will be shown on the purchase tickets page.

Step 4:

  1. Set your facility fee. The facility fee will be applied as the default value for all offers.

  2. You have the ability to edit the facility fee for each pricing level per offer.

Step 5:

  1. Set your resale price points, three options are available to choose from.

    1. Disable minimum: Tickets can be resold for below face value at any price.

    2. Enable minimum: Tickets have to be resold for at least 30% above face value price.

    3. Custom minimum: Choose the % you’d like tickets to be resold for about face value price.

Notes:

  • For a custom minimum you cannot choose a % below 30% of value price.

  • You can change resale price points during the life cycle of the event.

Step 6:
Set your event ticket limit, two options are available to choose from.

  1. No limit.

  2. Global ticket limit: Set the overall ticket limit between 1-50 applicable too all offers and price levels sold through the Blocktickets website.


Step 7:
Click Save and Continue to proceed to the seat map page or click Back to be directed to the event details page.
