Step 1:
Select your seat map, you have two options.
→ Option A)
Click the Create map button and select your seat map configuration.
When a configuration is selected you then have to build your scaling (assign pricing levels) and inventory (holds, kills and offers).
Notes:
A seat map configuration will be assigned to your account prior to event creation.
Each venue will have one or more seat map configurations.Once you build out your scaling and inventory you can save it as a template for future use.
→ Option B)
Click the Use template button and select your seat map template.
Seat map template is saved from a previous scaling and inventory set up.
Notes:
A template will include scaling and inventory.
You will see the seat map configuration, template name, and base price range in the pop up.
Exclusive offers are not part of the template.
Once you have selected your template you are able to publish the event.
Step 2:
Click Save and Continue to proceed to manage your inventory or click Cancel to return to the seat map page.
