To begin, ensure that you are signed up and logged in to your account on Blocktickets.
Next, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Click My wallet, and then in the drop down menu, click My transfers.
Step 2: In My transfers, you can view both Pending and Completed ticket transfers. If your ticket has not been accepted by the recipient it will be under Pending. If your recipient has accepted the transfer it will be under Completed.
Step 3: You’re able to cancel the transfer if your recipient can no longer attend the event by clicking on cancel transfer.
