If you didn’t receive your tickets via transfer, it’s possible they were sent to the wrong email address. You can confirm this by checking the email address the transfer confirmation email was sent to.
You can either ask the sender to cancel the transfer and send it again, or create an account with the email address that the transfer was sent to and transfer the tickets to the correct email address.
