What happens if I didn’t receive the transfer?

I didn't receive a ticket that was transferred to me. What do I do?

If you didn’t receive your tickets via transfer, it’s possible they were sent to the wrong email address. You can confirm this by checking the email address the transfer confirmation email was sent to.
