To accept a transfer, make sure you are logged in, and then follow the steps below.

✅ Step 1: Click My wallet, then select My events.
⚠️ If you are on a mobile device, click the hamburger menu at the top right of your screen and click My Events.
✅ Step 2: Accept transfer by clicking Accept transfer.
After accepting the transfer, the ticket will be added to your account.
⚠️ Before accepting the transfer, confirm that the tickets were sent for the correct event. Tickets for past events won’t appear in your account.
The person who sent the transfer will also receive an email letting them know it was accepted.
