Step 1 — Go to the login page
Open blocktickets.xyz
Click Login
Mobile device:
Tap the menu icon in the top right, then tap Login.
Step 2 — Enter your email
Enter your email address
Click Validate
Step 3 — Enter your verification code
Check the email you entered
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email
Troubleshooting — Code not received
If you did not receive a code:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure the email is correct
Use all lowercase letters
Enter the most recent code — codes expire after 10 minutes
Create an account (if prompted)
If no account exists for your email:
Enter:
Phone number
First name
Last name
Date of birth
Click Sign Up
You will be redirected to blocktickets.xyz and receive a confirmation email.
Error — “Phone number already in use”
If this error appears:
An account already exists
Go back to Step 1 and log in with the correct email
If you don’t know the email linked to your phone number, contact [email protected] and include the phone number on your account.
