Step 1 — Go to the login page
Visit blocktickets.xyz
Click Login
Step 2 — Enter the new email address
Enter the new email address you want to use
Click Validate
If no account exists for that email, you will be prompted to sign up.
Step 3 — Complete sign up
Enter your:
Phone number
First name
Last name
Date of birth
Click Sign Up
Step 4 — Account confirmation
You will be redirected to blocktickets.xyz
A confirmation email will be sent once your account is created
Troubleshooting
Error — “Phone number already in use”
A Blocktickets account already exists with that phone number
Sign in using the email address previously associated with your account
Still seeing your old email
Make sure you entered the new email address correctly
Use all lowercase letters
Remove any extra spaces
Important information
Each email address can only be used for one account
Phone numbers can only be linked to one account
