I didn’t receive my login code. What do I do?

Step 1 — Check your email

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Search your inbox for [email protected]

  • Make sure you are checking the same email you entered at login

Step 2 — Confirm your email address

  • Ensure the email is spelled correctly

  • Use all lowercase letters

  • Remove any extra spaces

Step 3 — Request a new code

  • Go to blocktickets.xyz

  • Click Login

  • Enter your email again

  • Click Validate

Only the most recent code will work.

Troubleshooting — Important information

  • Login codes expire after 10 minutes

  • Older codes will not work

  • Each code can only be used once
